Children Instead of Flowers is an annual charity campaign held to mark the First Day of School. It preserves the cherished tradition of thanking teachers while giving it a deeper purpose. Instead of bringing individual bouquets, each class presents their teacher with one beautiful bouquet. Parents may then choose to donate a portion of the money they would have spent on flowers to support children undergoing cancer treatment.
