Privacy policy

This Privacy Policy defines the procedure for collecting, processing, and protecting personal data of users through the official website of «EZGU AMAL» Public Foundation (hereinafter referred to as the Foundation).

By using the website, entering information and making charitable payments, the user fully agrees to the terms of this Policy and to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data”.

The Foundation receives and processes the following data through its website:

• User-provided data: First name, last name, phone number, email address, donation amount, and donation purpose.
• Technical and analytical data: IP address, cookies, browser type, access time, and viewed pages (collected automatically to analyze website performance and improve service quality).

Collected personal data is used for the following purposes:

• Processing charitable donations: Correctly receiving and recording donated funds.
• Reporting and transparency: Sending transparent reports on the Foundation’s activities and on how the funds raised are spent.
• Feedback: Responding to users’ questions, inquiries and suggestions.
• Social projects: Implementing the Foundation’s social projects and charitable programmes.

Note: At the donor’s request, their personal data shall be anonymized and displayed anonymously (without their name) in public reports.

Payments are processed on secure pages of independent and licensed banks and payment systems (JSC «UZUM BANK», Visa, Mastercard, Click, Payme, Uzum, Xazna, Alif, etc.).

Bank card details, PIN codes and security codes are not entered, collected, or stored on the Foundation’s website. They are processed directly on the encrypted page of the relevant bank or payment system.

To analyze how the website works, it uses the web analytics services Google Analytics, Yandex Metrica and Meta Pixel. These services may receive technical data (IP address, cookies, browser type, viewed pages and actions on the website), as well as the amount of a completed donation, and process it on their own servers, including outside the Republic of Uzbekistan. Users can restrict the use of cookies in their browser settings.

In accordance with Article 27¹ of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data”, the database of users’ personal data is physically stored on servers located within the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Technical data collected by the analytics services listed in section 4 is processed on those services’ servers.

Data is stored until the specified purposes are achieved or until the user revokes consent (or requests deletion).

In accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the user has the right to:

• Access information: Inspect what personal data about them the Foundation stores.
• Amendment and deletion: Request amendments or additions to their personal data, or its complete deletion (revocation of consent).
• Suspension of processing: Request that the processing of their personal data be temporarily suspended.

Requests to amend, delete or suspend the processing of data are accepted at info@ezgu-amal.uz and reviewed within 10 days.
