“FROM HAND TO HAND” Assistance Program

Under this program, the Foundation’s role is to provide donors wishing to offer charitable assistance in the form of financial or material support with information about individuals and families in need.

The Foundation assists in identifying individuals and families in need so that charitable assistance can be provided directly by donors.

The Program is intended to support children from families in need, low-income and large families, persons with disabilities, and elderly persons living alone. Priority is given to families with a child suffering from an oncological disease.

Assistance may also be provided in connection with holiday events, epidemics, natural disasters, quarantine restrictions, emergencies, and other circumstances giving rise to a need for charitable assistance.

Forms of Charitable Assistance

Charitable assistance under the “FROM HAND TO HAND” Program may be provided in the following forms:

• food and consumer goods;

• cash assistance.

Procedure for Organizing and Providing Assistance

When assistance is provided under the “FROM HAND TO HAND” Program, a distribution record documenting the assistance provided shall be prepared for each charitable initiative.

The Foundation prepares and provides the donor with a general list of individuals and families in need who are registered with the Foundation. The donor independently determines which beneficiaries will receive assistance.

Where assistance is provided in cash, the donor must personally, or through an authorized representative, deliver the funds directly to the recipient.

The recipient must provide their contact details and present a valid identity document.
