The EZGU AMAL foundation, in collaboration with the SUPERSPORT sports school, is launching a charitable initiative to support the Scientific and Practical Medical Center for Pediatric Oncology, Hematology, and Clinical Immunology. The project entails purchasing an additional specialized ultrasound machine for pediatric diagnostics, which will help expand the center's diagnostic capabilities and improve both the comfort and accuracy of examinations for young patients.
The goal of the project is to raise funds to purchase the equipment, which is valued at $120,000. The initiative is being championed by 8 amateur athletes from Uzbekistan who have united not only to achieve their sporting goals but also to support the foundation's noble cause. The project kicks off in early April with the team's participation in the 40th anniversary ultramarathon across the Sahara Desert—one of the toughest footraces in the world. Uzbekistan will be represented by a team of 8 participants who will have to cover 270 km in conditions of extreme heat, physical pain, and grueling endurance tests. It is with this large-scale international event that the "Sakkizta yurak" charity project will officially launch, drawing the attention of a wide audience to the fundraising campaign for the pediatric ultrasound machine.
